A veteran educator is looking to address the literacy deficits among children in Barbados through specialised reading and comprehension workshops.
Sandie Field-Kellman says the intention is to improve the ability of the present crop of young children in Barbados to excel in reading, in preparation for the Barbados Secondary Schools Entrance Examination.
