Growing concern this May Day that the fundamental rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining for workers are being challenged. This is the belief of General Secretary of the National Union of Public Workers (NUPW), Richard Greene, in his May Day message.
Mr. Greene says the challenges to these fundamental rights do not come primarily from unreasonable employers.
