The Ministry of Education is getting a passing grade for its decision to resume the new school term with full face to face instruction come Monday, September 19th.
The National Council of Parent Teacher Associations (NCPTA) has been reacting to the news from the back-to-school media conference held over the weekend by the Ministry.
General Secretary, Nicole Brathwaite, says parents are happy to have students back in the classroom.
