Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says training and capacity building must be on the agenda for the development of small island developing states.
She made the point while participating in a high-level discussion organised by the Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC), which also featured Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva.
