Eileen Brathwaite, age 85, of Lashley Road, Fitts Village, St. James and formerly of Dominica, retired Seamstress of England, Wife of the late Joseph Alonza Brathwaite, Adopted Mother of McPherson “Junior” Cochrane, Step Mother of Patricia “Patsy” Boyce-Corbin, Noreen Collymore, Joseph Alonza “Lenn” Mayers, Grandmother of Carla, Nadeen, Melicia, McKayla and Mikai Cochrane, Godmother of Raymond Kirton, Sister of May Jerome, Georgine Henderson, Joan Faustine and the late Clement and Eldon Nicholas, Aunt of Antonia Decima, Pamela, Yvonne, Ingrid, Julietta, Rosema, Burke, Hero, Martin, Carol, Gweneth and many others of England, Friend of Mary Bynoe, Eileen Kirton, Smyrna, Barbara, Oliver, Sammy and many others.

The funeral of Eileen Brathwaite leaves the Belmont Funeral Home, Belmont Road, St. Michael on Monday, July 16th, 2018 at 11:15 a.m. for the Church of Jesus The Good Shepherd, Fitts Village, St. James, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. for the Thanksgiving Service. The cortege will then proceed to the St. James Cemetery for the interment.

The Organist and members of the choir are asked to attend.


Floral arrangements may be sent to the Belmont Funeral Home not later than 10:45 a.m. on Monday.
