Violet St. Auburn Greaves, age 94, better known as “Vie” or “Mama”, of Well Road, Pie Corner, St. Lucy, Mother of Noreen of the U.K., Janice of Canada, Claudette, Hiram, Leyland, Victor of the Court Processing Office, Mervin and Beverley Greaves, Grandmother of Denise Blackman, Trevor, Ann and David Howard, Roslyn Fergusson, Orson, Sharon, Ernest, Nolan, Shawn and Branden Greaves, Jamal and Jalissa Watson and Keisha Haynes, Great Grandmother of Shanika Blackman, Shanice Fergusson, Kemani Haynes and eleven others, Sister of Elsie Clarke, Cousin of Judith, Herma, Avonda and many others, Relative of the Greaves, Bowen, Boyce and Clarke families.


The funeral of Violet St. Auburn Greaves leaves Greaves Funeral Home, Church Hill, St. Lucy on Monday, November 27th, 2017 for St. Clement’s Anglican Church, Lowlands, St. Lucy, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:30 p.m. for the service of thanksgiving, followed by the interment in the churchyard.


The Organist and members of the church choir are asked to attend.


Flowers may be sent to Greaves Funeral Home no later than 1:30 p.m. on Monday.


Viewing of the body will take place at the Bennett’s Temple United Holy Church, St. Lucy from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday November 26, 2017.
