Miriam Madeline Forde, also known as “Addlyn” of Retreat Terrace, Black Rock, St. Michael - member of St. Stephen’s Church Army and the Mother’s Union. Widow of Elbert “Bosun” Forde, Mother of Cherwin Greaves of the U.S.A., Garcia Myers of the U.S.A., Clement Forde, Denis Forde, Amyra Forde of the U.S.A Grandmother of Kevin Browne of the Barbados Defence Force, Robert Greaves, Andre Myers, Melanie Myers, Marissa Dixon, Jabari and Janisha Browne, Sister of Granville Greaves, Sister-in-law of Leo Forde.

The funeral Miriam Madeline Forde leaves Bryan’s Funeral Home, Belmont Road, St. Michael on Saturday, 2nd December, 2017 for St. Stephen’s Church Black Rock, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m., for a service of thanksgiving and interment.

The Organist and members of the church choir are asked to attend.

Visitation for Miriam Madeline Forde takes place in the Michael Bryan Memorial Chapel, Bryan’s Funeral Home Belmont Road, St. Michael on Friday, 1st December, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Flowers may be sent to Bryan’s Funeral Home, Belmont Road, St. Michael not later than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
