Prime Minister Freundel Stuart will leave Barbados this Saturday for the twenty-ninth inter-sessional meeting of Caricom Heads of Government in Haiti.
The delegation includes minister of foreign affairs and foreign trade, Senator Maxine McClean.
The summit takes place from February 26th to 27th.
While in Port au Prince, Prime Minister Stuart will examine the CSME, particularly administrative requirements in the skills certification process relating to the requirement of a police certificate of character.
Officials will also examine procedural issues relating to the refusal of entry to Caricom citizens by Caricom member states.
Leaders will also be tackling longstanding concerns involving Colonial Life Insurance Company Limited and British American Insurance Company.
In the interim, Tourism Minister Richard Sealy will act as prime minister.
