Mother of Patterson, Hufield and Olivere Carter.

Grandmother of Faron, Natalie and Nadia Carter, and Daniel Clarke all of the U.S.A., Shawn Greene of the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation, Trudy, Karen and Miguel Carter and Karen Watkins.

Aunt of Desmond Sands Attorney-at-law.

Great-Aunt of Senator Damien Sands and many others.

Relative of the Carter family.

Friend of many.

A Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Leotta Carter takes place on Friday 15th February 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at the Vauxhall Methodist Church, Adams Castle, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet. The cortege will then proceed to St. Patrick Anglican Church Cemetery for the interment.

The Organist and members of the Choir are asked to attend.

Flowers may be sent to E. Pamela Small Funeral Home, The Lawns”, Vauxhall, Christ Church, no later than 12:30 p.m., on Friday 15th February 2019 or may be delivered to the Vauxhall Methodist Church, Adams Castle, Christ Church, before the start of service.

Visitation takes place in the Chapel of E. Pamela Small Funeral Home, “The Lawns”, Vauxhall, Christ Church, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday 14th February 2019.
