Age 77, affectionately known as “Joey Harps” or “Daddy D”, of Bamboo Road, St. Lawrence, Christ Church and former employee of the Silver Sands Hotel.

Son of Charles and Carmelita Croney.

Brother of Bobby of the U.S.A., Carlton, Coral, Betty and George Croney, Jean Alleyne and the late June Howard.

Husband of Nadya Croney.

Father of Roseann of the U.K., Kathy Ann, Michelle, Louis “Bugs” and Sherry Croney, Kathy “Mary” Singh, Julia Blackman and Anthony and Christina Morris.

Grandfather of many.

Uncle of many.

Relative of the Croney, Ingram, Alleyne, Walcott, Bowen and Harper families.

A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Louis Vincent Croney will take place on Wednesday April 24th, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Anglican Church, St. Lawrence, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet. The cortege will then proceed to Christ Church Cemetery for the interment.

The Organist and Members of the Choir are asked to attend.

Flowers may be delivered to St. George's Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George no later than 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

Viewing takes place at the Croney’s Residence - Bamboo Road, St. Lawrence, Christ Church, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 23rd, 2019 and from 9:00 a.m. until the commencement of the Service Wednesday .

Mourning colours are optional.
