Affectionately known as “Ma”, of Lower Greys, Christ Church. Faithful Worshipper of the Boarded Hall New Testament Church of God.

Mother of Victor Gibson - former Driver of the Transport Board, Reuben Gibson - retired Police Officer of the Royal Barbados Police Force, Cynthia Gibson - former Manager of N&C Home Hardware, Oistins and the late Anderson and Janis Gibson.

Grandmother of Richard, Kevin, Suzette, Ramon and Andre Gibson, Rochelle Jones-Adams, Felicia Greenidge, Alvin Coppin and Delroy Stuart.

Great-Grandmother of twelve.

Mother-in-law of Joyce Gibson and Ruth Howard.

Relative of the Brathwaite family of Boarded Hall and the Gibson family of Edey’s Village, Christ Church.

Friend of Pastor Proverbs, the Members of the Boarded Hall New Testament Church of God and many others.

A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Louise Gibson will take place on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 at 12:00 noon at the River Road New Testament Church of God, River Road, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet. The cortege will then proceed to Christ Church Cemetery for the interment.

Flowers may be delivered to St. George's Home for Funerals no later than 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Viewing takes place at St. George's Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Friday and an hour before the commencement of the Service at the Church.
