Age 82, also known as “Bison”, of Straker Road, Black Rock, St. Michael and formerly of Brooklyn, New York. Retired Linotypist of the Advocate Newspaper and footballer of the Bristol Rangers Club.

Son of the late Deare and Ione Hunte.

Devoted-Husband of Oneta Hunte.

Loving-Father of Maggie Okwufulueze of Texas and Haydn Hunte of New York.

Stepfather of Ricardo Baker of New York.

Brother of Diana Armstrong(Montreal), Victor Hunte of the U.K. and Elaine Watson.

Grandfather of Njeri Hunte, Oneta and Jude Okwufulueze.

Cherished-Nephew of the late Darlington Hunte of New York, Uncle of Michelle Patrick, Natalie Hunte- Carter, Gary Watson, O’Neil and Tanya Armstrong.

Father-in-law of Victor Okwufulueze.

Brother-in-law of William Armstrong (Montreal), Nigel Hutson of New Jersey, Carmen Best and Inez Foster.

Cousin of Marquita Phillips, Patricia Maynard, Dr. Maureen Lucas, William Jones, Annaclaire Taitt(Texas), Neville and Raydeen Hunte, Jean Riviera, Heather Hunte of New York, the late Harcourt Hunte and many others.

The funeral of Rawle Delisle Hunte leaves Keith Jones Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Saturday 16th February 2019 at 8:30 a.m. for Ann Gill Memorial Methodist Church, Fairfield Main Road, Black Rock, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet 10:00 a.m. for a service of thanksgiving. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

The organist and members of the church choir are asked to attend.

Floral tributes may be sent to Keith Jones Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Visitation takes place in the Chapel of Keith Jones Funeral Home from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
