With the Unity Labour Party having lost last week’s general election in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, CARICOM has lost a real resource in former Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Dr. Ralph Gonsalves.
That’s according to Barbados’ Ambassador to CARICOM, His Excellency David Comissiong.
He says Dr. Gonsalves is regarded as the elder statesman of CARICOM.
Ambassador Comissiong was speaking during his weekly segment Conversations on CARICOM on TV 8’s Mornin‘ Barbados.
