Just days after Barbados’ new tint regulations came into force, the nation’s top road safety advocate is speaking out.
Roland Lowe says he doesn’t support the rules allowing a maximum tint darkness of 20 %, for side and rear windows, and a limited tint on the windshield.
As far as he’s concerned, the new regulations are misdirected.
