The Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation is continuing to strengthen regional ties through media training and collaboration.
This week, broadcaster Leonard Wade Junior is in Barbados from Montserrat on a work attachment aimed at sharpening his skills in radio and television production.
He says the experience has already been eye-opening.
