President of the Democratic Labour Party, Stephen Lashley, says the loss of National Hero The Right Excellent Sir Garfield Sobers is being felt not only in Barbados, but across the world.
He says Sir Garfield was more than a cricketer, noting that he was a leader who was deeply dedicated to both the game and his country.
Lashley says Sir Garfield is irreplaceable.
