Democratic Labour Party candidate for St. Philip South, Neil Marshall, says he cast his ballot without incident.
However, he reported witnessing several constituents encountering difficulties when they turned up at polling stations.
Marshall said the issue was not isolated, noting that similar concerns were raised at all seven polling stations across the constituency.
