A man remembered for his unwavering commitment to public service and the development of Barbados’ road network has been honoured in a lasting way.
Government has officially renamed Pine East Boulevard in The Pine, St. Michael, as Philip Tudor Boulevard, recognising the late Chief Technical Officer in the Ministry of Transport and Works for nearly four decades of dedicated service.
