Legislation is coming to prevent elected legislators from crossing the floor.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley made the announcement today at State House, where she was sworn in for a third consecutive term.
Ms. Mottley and Barbados’ newest Attorney General, Wilfred Abrahams, took their oaths before President of Barbados, Lieutenant Colonel The Most Honourable Jeffrey Bostic, this afternoon.
