Health experts raise concerns over Barbados’ high cancer mortality rate

Cancer continues to take a heavy toll on Barbadian families, with experts warning that while diagnosis rates are similar to the region but deaths from cancer remain significantly higher.

That concern was at the centre of a public lecture hosted by the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners.
