Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office with responsibility for Economic Affairs and Planning, Marsha Caddle, is suggesting that residents of state-owned housing should be given clear expansion guidelines.
She says these guidelines would be particularly useful in cases where there is permitted development at these estates.
