The Elite Distance athlete produced a commanding performance in the mixed 5,000 metres at the 2026 CIBC Dasani Powerade AAB National Championships, storming to victory in a record-breaking time of 15 minutes, 24.69 seconds.
Meanwhile, the spotlight was also on the 100 metres heats, where athletes were looking to book their places in tonight’s finals.
