Onion farmers facing growing pressure despite increased production

Barbadian onion farmers are facing mounting challenges despite increased production this year.

The Barbados Agricultural Society is warning that unless stronger protections are put in place, farmers could be left with crops they cannot sell while imported onions continue entering the market.
