A Senior Government minister believes the Prison Farm Programme is a model for national food security.
Minister of Planning and Development, Dr. William Duguid, made the suggestion as he addressed the media launch for the Farming and Fishing Gateway Training Initiative yesterday evening.
Dr. Duguid said the work on the Prison Farm shows that transformation is possible when the country invests in people and offers second chances.
