Shed 4 of the Barbados Port Inc. is closed to public commercial cargo services today.
The closure is a result of an environmental issue that requires industrial cleaning of the Customs Office.
However, container services and the processing of shipping bills continue today at the North Gate.
The delivery and receipt of containers will also continue as usual, through to 11 p.m.
The delivery of personal effects from Shed 2 is ongoing.
Commercial operations from Shed 4 will resume on Wednesday.
