Speaking at the political meeting in Lammings, St. Joseph was BLP candidate for St Andrew, Dr. Romel Springer.
He says the government has solved the many water supply problems which affected St Joseph during the last few years.
Mr. Springer outlined water improvements, new roads and bridges as achievements under the current administration.
