A family in The Glebe, St. John, is grateful their home escaped major damage after a fire broke out in the front bedroom just after 10 a.m. today.
Deon Gittens, recounting the experience, said the affected bedroom was located directly above his mother’s room.
Divisional Officer of the Barbados Fire Service Wayne Vaughn confirmed there were no injuries.
