Officials are expressing satisfaction with the turnout for the annual Parris Hill Kite Flying Festival at the old Andrews Factory in St. Joseph.
While there were no giant kites on display this year, the event is still being deemed a success, despite the lone large kite managing only a few seconds in the air.
Cameraman Anderson Arthur and reporter Trevor Thorpe were there.
