The Democratic Labour Party says it’s not contesting the February 11 general election to be the opposition, but to form Barbados’ next government, with a strong focus on education reform.
Speaking to supporters at Rices, St. Philip, DLP leader Ralph Thorne promised a complete overhaul of the country’s education system.
He also highlighted plans to recognise top local athletes and musicians.
