President Lieutenant Colonel The Most Honourable Jeffrey Bostic is expressing concern about voter apathy, a trend he says can threaten the stability of the country.
Speaking during the reopening of Parliament, he emphasised that democracy flourishes not only at the ballot box, but through active public participation.
He says that whatever the reason for this trend, it must be addressed.
