Barbadian Warren Povey is the lone Bajan surfer through to tomorrow’s quarter-finals of the ‘Live Like Zander’ Junior Surf Pro, which continued today at Soup Bowl.
Competing in Heat Six of the Men’s Round of 32, Povey tallied 8.63, with his two best waves scoring 4.50 and 4.13.
Povey finished with the same total as American Luke Wiley, who recorded scores of 4.50 and 3.80 to also advance.
