Although the rains have stopped, farmers are still counting their losses, as water-logged fields prevent them from ploughing forward.
This is according to the Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Agricultural Society, James Paul.
Mr. Paul says proper drainage is a major issue for farmers and is calling for more to be done.
