Young parliamentarians have debated whether Barbados is ready for the next stage of digital transformation.
The debate focused on proposals to introduce digital literacy, coding and artificial intelligence education from the primary school level, while also creating greater access to technology.
However, there were also concerns about infrastructure, the digital divide and whether the proposals can be effectively implemented.
