Hundreds turned out at the Hillcrest Community Centre in Bathsheba Sunday night for an event nestled perfectly amid We Gatherin’ St Joseph.
It was the pop-up “Reggae Sunset Vibez,” which featured several DJs, the band the Riteside Of Red and top entertainer Lil Rick. Those who attended the picturesque location were royally entertained. From all reports, the large crowd totally enjoyed the show, the surroundings and the fair on offer.
Ryan Brathwaite of Ticket Linkz organised the night’s entertainment. He is happy with the large crowd and the response to the event.
The organisers of We Gatherin’ St Joseph are also happy with all the activity and the response from the public. Lasasha Layne is the public relations officer for the Parish Organising Committee. She spoke on Mornin’ Barbados about this coming weekend’s events.
Also on the show was the curator of Andromeda Botanic Gardens, Sharon Cooke. The Gardens is hosting an open day on Thursday.
