
Two men have been jointly charged with several offences, stemming from the shooting incidents which occurred at Sheraton Mall and Silver Sands, Christ Church, on November 2, 2024.
They are 19-year-old Roshawn Jaeir Kangal of McCleans Gap, Silver Sands and 24-year-old Xenico O’Neil Moore of Vauxhall, Christ Church.
The two are facing a number of charges, including endangering the lives of several people, aggravated criminal damage, affray, possession of firearm and ammunition, and unlawful use of a firearm.
Additionally, Kangal has been separately charged with the following offences:
- Possession of Firearm- Silver Sands, Christ Church
- Possession of 24 rounds of ammunition
- Endangering the life of – Omari Chase on August 16, 2024, while at McCleans Gap, Silver Sands, Christ Church
- Use of Firearm – August 16, 2024
- Possession of Firearm
- Robbery – September 28, 2024
- Use of Firearm – September 28, 2024
- Escaping Legal Custody – September 1, 2024
Moore has also been separately charged with the following offences:
- Possession of Firearm – Silver Sands, Christ Church
- Possession of 24 rounds of ammunition
Both accused are scheduled to appear before Magistrate Deidre McKenna in the Oistins Magistrate’s Court today, Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
