Communications Specialist Shane Sealy reports that the situation has affected waiting times and the number of new patients who can currently be seen in the accident and emergency department.
To help reduce waiting times, those seeking medical attention are encouraged to consider the 24-hour clinic at the Winston Scott Polyclinic, or a private physician if available.
