Moved by what they see as a deficiency, the Barbados Accreditation Council is helping service providers to craft policy documents.
Quality Assurance Officer Karen Collins says it’s necessary the providers become familiar with policy development, so that they can meet the Council’s established standards that hold organisations accountable.
The Council invited several of them to a workshop on the essentials of policy development.
