Barbadians using the Queen Elizabeth Hospital’s home delivery service are being asked to call the Pharmacy Department to have their prescriptions refilled one week in advance.
Chief Operations Officer Dr. Christine Greenidge says this reminder is necessary to avoid patients from running out of medication amid the ongoing hurricane season.
She was speaking to CBC News following the Pulse radio show on Q100.7FM.
The Chief Operations Officer is reminding members of the public they are to wear masks when visiting the hospital.
