Thousands of Barbadians have been making use of the Citizen Services Contact Centre since its creation.
So says the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Senator Dr. Shantal Munro-Knight.
The contact centre provides citizens with an avenue to voice concerns, file complaints, and offer suggestions about Government services.
