Barbados has benefited from the listening ear of the World Bank.
That is how Minister of Economic Affairs and Investment, Kay McConney, described a 54 million dollar loan from the international institution.
She was speaking during a ceremony at the Hilton Barbados Resort on the topic of Beryl: Recovery and Response Project.
