The Barbados Defence Force is undergoing transformation to ensure it can continue to defend the country’s national interests in the face of growing threats.
This has been revealed by Chief of Staff of the BDF, Brigadier the Honourable Carlos Lovell.
He was speaking during today’s church service to mark the BDF’s 47th anniversary at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
