Barbados’ economy grows by 4.5% in 2nd quarter

Barbados has had its largest second-quarter economic growth since 1998.

This has been revealed by Governor of the Central Bank Dr. Kevin Greenidge who’s reporting a 4.5% growth for the period.

He says one of the major driving factors is an uptick in tourism.
