Barbados, along with Trinidad and Tobago, The Bahamas, and Antigua and Barbuda, has been identified as one of the main net receivers of migrants from other CARICOM member states.
The information is contained in the preliminary findings of the ongoing Labour Market Assessment of CARICOM member states, conducted by the International Labour Organisation.
Director of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy Unit, Leo Preville, provided insight into the findings during a regular meeting of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development.
