Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is promoting the island as the place from where global business can be conducted while enjoying a high quality of life.
She was addressing the inaugural gathering of the Athletes, Conservationists, Technologists, Artists and Innovators (ACTAI) group in Barbados at the O2 Beach Club and Spa.
The Prime Minister says Canadian investors use Barbados as one of the main domiciles from where they do business with the rest of the world.
