Barbados is preparing to send a delegation to Africa for the second CARICOM Heads of Government Summit.
Barbados’ Ambassador to CARICOM, His Excellency David Comissiong, says it will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on September 6 and 7.
He was speaking during his weekly Conversations on CARICOM segment on TV8’s Mornin’ Barbados.
