The We Gatherin’ 2025 honours in St. James shone a light on one of the island’s dynamic youth advocates.
Among those recognised was Mr. Taahir Suleiman Bulbulia, celebrated for his visionary leadership, volunteerism, and mentorship of young people.
The citation hailed Bulbulia’s outstanding contributions as a visionary youth leader and ambassador.
Bulbulia says he is elated to receive the award, although his work is not being done for recognition.
He is urging Barbados to create more spaces for youth voices and innovation.
