The Barbados Consumer Empowerment Network (BCEN) welcomes Government’s decision to pull back the Tourist Accommodation Bill.
Executive Chairman, Maureen Holder, says the move confirms the view of some citizens that while reform is necessary, it has to be transparent, inclusive, and grounded in the realities of all stakeholders.
Ms. Holder says delaying the Bill is an opportunity for Government to get it right.
