With Africa-CARICOM Day fast approaching, Barbados intends to use the celebration to foster Pan-African consciousness among Barbadians.
Ambassador to CARICOM David Comissiong says the Day will be observed on Saturday with two major events.
The first activity, a flag-raising ceremony is slated for 10:00 a.m. at Government Headquarters on Bay Street.
Ambassador Comissiong provided further insight into activities on the Conversation on CARICOM segment of Mornin’ Barbados.
