As Barbados seeks to recapture or maintain the best attributes of its society, Minister of Education, Transformation, Chad Blackman, has declared that God will remain in schools as long as he is Minister.
He made this clear while speaking at the recently launched Family Fest Barbados event, held at the Hilton Barbados Resort.
Family Fest Barbados is a local charity mandated to help families through education.
While praising the initiative being spearheaded by Cornelius Bartlett, Minister Blackman is also calling for the rebirth of the Barbadian family, anchored by good old-time morals and values.
He says this is necessary as the country commemorates 60 years of independence and five years as a republic.
