Barbados has to reskill and retool.
That is the call from Minister of Training and Tertiary Education, Sandra Husbands, as she delivered the feature address at the launch of EduFlex, a new suite of loan financing from the Student Revolving Loan Fund.
She said the initiative is critical to the future development of Barbados.
